    • 7:30 AM – Arrival, check-in & settle in (grab a coffee and mingle)

    • 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM – Structured speed networking rounds (hard start)

    • 9:00 AM – 9:30 AM – Open networking & wrap-up conversations

    A light snack may be available depending on availability.
